Amanda asked: How do I remove crayon from an electric blanket? My son left a crayon in the bed, and it melted into the sheets, bedspread and the electric blanket. I have no clue how to clean that out. Thank you.
Though crayon seems to melt into a permanent, colored glob, it is actually quite easy and painless to remove. Crayons are composed of wax and coloring. The wax can be easily melted and absorbed out of the blanket. If there is coloring left behind, that will be treated separately.
